The RVC Investor Forum is a group of accredited angel investors and venture capital firms who regularly meet on-line and in-person to review the five minute pitches made during the monthly Rockies Venture Club meetings as well as the Angel Capital Summit pitches and referrals from forum members and other investment groups in our area.

The Forum meets monthly on the second Thursday of each month, and following major events such as the Angel Capital Summit. Attendance is not mandatory, but is recommended, so that the group sustains a sense of community and members grow to trust one another. We meet at the Denver SBDC offices at 7:00 am, 1445 Market Street Denver, CO 80202

The purpose of the group is to bring both experienced and new investors together to make angel investing more efficient by collaborating on due diligence, negotiation and management, and also to make investing safer by sharing skills and expertise, putting more “eyeballs” on analyzing opportunities, and identifying lead investors who guide the process.

The forum is moderated by a professional facilitator who assists in identifying due diligence tasks, assists in negotiating and managing the investment portfolios on an ongoing basis.

There is no cost to be a member of the RVC Investor Forum and membership in Rockies Venture Club is not required, though members are always welcome.

There is a special gathering of the Investor Forum during the Angel Capital Summit at which all accredited investors are welcome to attend.  We will meet and discuss the presentations made during the Summit and collaborate on due diligence and investing in the presenters.    We hope that you will attend the Angel Investor Bootcamp and join us to learn more about Angel Investing.

If you are an accredited investor or venture capital firm, please click here to apply.  (Please note that entrepreneurs, vendors and service providers are welcome at Angel Capital Summit presentations, but that attendance at the Investor Forum is limited strictly to accredited investors.  We appreciate your understanding in the importance of creating a “safe haven” in which investors may critically discuss investment opportunities amongst themselves without distraction or interruption.)
