I filled out the Benchmark Survey; is that all I have to do be apply to present at the Angel Capital Summit?

No! You must also complete information as directed on the Call For Presenters page.
Because the Benchmark Survey is so new, we encourage you to take the survey as often as you like, until you're comfortable that the answers accurately describe your company. Then, complete the application form and attach your survey and your executive summary.
