Angel Capital Summit 2016 is Monday, March 14th – Tuesday, March 15th at the University of Denver – Sturm Hall. There will be an investor-only forum on the afternoon of Tuesday, March 15th.

The Angel Capital Summit is an annual conference that connects investors with entrepreneurial companies seeking funding. The conference includes education benefiting both angel investors and entrepreneurs, networking segments, pitches with VC commentary and Venture Bucks awards.  The Angel Capital Summit is hosted by the Rockies Venture Club.

The theme for this year’s Angel Capital Summit is “Syndication.” Syndication is process that allows multiple entities such as Angels, Angel Groups, and even VCs to come together in a single round. With the number of Angel deals that are being done in the U.S, and the size of many rounds, syndication is becoming an essential process in the funding cycle of many startup companies. We will look at what companies and angels need to know about syndication with panels touching on platform syndication vs. angel syndication, and how different angel groups work.

This year will be our biggest Angel Capital Summit yet with great ideas, great companies and opportunities for different Angel Groups from across the country to invest together.
